A town located in the foothills of Mendoza, with a market, shops, a hotel, residences, and a convention center. Inspired by Italian architecture and developed by architect Eliana Bórmida and landscape designer Eduardo Vera, it respects the Andean ethos and the natural resources of the area.

A space that brings together the finest products, ingredients, and supplies for the kitchen, alongside restaurants and gourmet shops. Developed in a residential area lacking these amenities, it's surrounded by sustainably landscaped gardens and terraces for enjoying summer evenings outdoors.

We refurbished what was once the largest winery in the world, respecting its history and architecture, and creating a large space that will house retail, wholesale, a gym, a school, bars, restaurants, offices, a museum, a wine and regional shopping center, and a triple-impact storage center.
